Al Brock – Founder & President
Al Brock’s journey in radio began in Denver, where he grew up next door to a legendary DJ, igniting his passion for the industry. By the age of 13, Al was already on the airwaves, starting a career that has spanned over 50 years. From DJing vinyl records to programming digital playlists, Al has seen it all, working in cities like Tampa, Orlando, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Providence, and Richmond before settling in Nashville. His love for music has remained constant throughout the changing formats and technologies. In 2010, Al founded Spin Doctors Music Group with the mission to support new and independent artists who might not fit into the mainstream scene. Always evolving, Al is now working on launching an internet radio station, streaming classic hits from the 60s, 70s, and 80s—powered by his massive music collection.

Kristin Gonzales – Executive VP/COO
Kristin Gonzales grew up across the United States, following in the footsteps of her father, who worked in radio. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Recording Industry Management, Kristin has over a decade of experience in radio and promotions, including a role at Sony Music. Co-founding Spin Doctors Music Group with Al Brock in 2010, Kristin now oversees the company’s day-to-day operations as COO. Her deep passion for music and fierce advocacy for new talent drive her work at “Next Generation Artist Management,” where she champions rising stars from all genres. Kristin is also an active member of SOLID (Society of Leaders in Development), a group dedicated to fostering the growth of music industry professionals.
